  • Failed delivery refunds: If paid online and not delivered within 1 month due to failure from our side, a refund is processed within a maximum of 1 month.

To qualify under our Refunds & Returns exchange policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • The product must be sealed and still in its original condition.
  • The exchange must be requested within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product can be exchanged with another product of the same value or a higher value (difference must be paid).
  • The product purchased is generally non-refundable.

Refunds & Returns: Warranty Information

Our warranty terms cover the cost of service and spare parts against product failure due to manufacturing defects, during the specified time frame. Under these Refunds & Returns and warranty guidelines:

  • M2 or its appointed service center may repair or replace a defected product at their sole discretion within the warranted period. This limited warranty covers only the product’s hardware components, excluding technical assistance for hardware or software usage.
  • Warranty is invalid if defects are caused by misuse, abuse, exposure to liquid, excessive humidity, extreme environmental conditions, unauthorized modifications, repair by non-authorized parties, improper installation, accidents, or use not aligned with manufacturer instructions.

To claim this warranty, the customer must provide a legible, non-modified Original Warranty Card and/or Original Purchase Receipt.
